Technology that improves Automation
With our Production Management System we are able to utilize common barcode technology generated from most leading cad-cam systems. This means that a label that is created in the office or at the CNC, can then be scanned at the various stages of a production line to provide clear instructions, as well as part and job tracking.
New technology such as RFID – (Radio-frequency identification) allows for a RFID tag that can be attached to a product during production. The most common way to describe is a small chip behind a traditional label. Once applied, with RFID readers stationed at key production stages, can be used to track a parts progress through the factory.
CNC SYNC: Allows us to capture data live directly from machines as they cut and drill components, allowing for cycle times to be recorded in motion.
